In plain words
Every collateral asset has one, set by the protocol. Volatile assets get lower thresholds. On Morpho it's called LLTV and is fixed per market (77%, 86%, 91.5%, 94.5%).
Worked example
With an 83% threshold, liquidation starts when your debt reaches 83% of your collateral's value.
